Dispatch

In-stock pieces leave the atelier within two working days. You will receive a tracking number by email when the parcel is collected.

Cost

Shipping is $18.00 per order, and complimentary once your order reaches $300.00.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is currently our only payment method. Nothing is charged when you place the order — you pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed to you. Please have the exact total ready; couriers do not always carry change.

For the safety of our couriers, cash-on-delivery orders are limited to $2,000.00. Larger orders can be split — write to us and we will arrange it.

The courier will telephone the number on your order before arriving. If nobody is available, they will attempt delivery twice more before the parcel returns to us.

Refused parcels

A refused or repeatedly undelivered cash-on-delivery parcel is returned to the atelier and the order is cancelled. We may ask for prepayment on future orders if this happens more than once.

Customs

International orders may attract duties on arrival, which are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare every parcel at its full value.
