Terms of service

These terms govern your use of LeatherWear and any order you place with us. This is a template for a demonstration store — have a qualified lawyer review it before trading.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order where a piece is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or a previous cash-on-delivery parcel from the same address was refused.

Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and are confirmed by our server when the order is placed. If a listed price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatching.

Payment

Cash on delivery is our only payment method. No card details are collected at any point, and we will never ask for them by email or telephone.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to LeatherWear. Please do not reproduce them commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
